Referring a new Patient is Easy!
Referring a new patient to Dr. Granger is as easy as telling someone our phone number, website or office address. That's because every new patient in our office completes a Pre-Consultation form, with a "Referred by" field available for entry.

We now provide a simple printed coupon (.pdf) that you can use to refer a new patient to our office. This form is a great way to give a referral our contact information, and also allows you to record your name and number to assist processing your referral.

Referral Details
For your referral to be successful:
- Referred individual must schedule a consultation with Dr. Granger, online or by phone
- During consultation, referred individual must indicate your full name on the appropriate form
- Referred individual must successfully clear payment of the consultation
- You must be an active patient of Dr. Granger, with at least one visit in the last 2 years
Notification of successful referral:
Dr. Granger's office will maintain records of successful referrals that are properly indicated during the initial consultation. You will be notified of your discount either by phone, email, or at your next visit.
Do referrals also receive the $25 Discount for Initial Consultations?
Yes. This discount is available to new patients who schedule a consultation through our online form or by calling (703) 790-5533. Either way, you will still receive a discount as long as they fill in your name as the referring individual.
Terms of Referrals
- Remember, you must be a current patient of Dr. Granger to receive any rewards from a successful referral.
- This reward cannot be exchanged for money.
